Kim was incredible! After working with our CPA for years we ran into an issue with a business name change which left us with a potential withholding from IRS of 10s of thousands of $. Our CPA couldn't figure out what the problem was. We engaged Kim's services hoping that she could figure this out. She was able to drill down on details that had been over looked and correct then with the IRS. She quite frankly kept our business going by figuring this out and saved our business from huge penalties.After this we moved all of our tax preparation & annual planning over to her both personal& business. Kim was extremely rude throughout the call.I was calling, based on a referral from a trusted colleague, to gather information on my options regarding my property situation.Whether I am a client or not, I should not receive comments that are short and feel derogatory.Kim needs to learn to be more patient because your potential clients may not have a CPA or familiarity with tax law.
