No matter what department you go to the care is very thorough. My physician took time to check my records and order everything that was needed. The office personnel were so helpful and sweet. Thank you all

I have been coming to this Kaiser facility for several years and generally find the medical team and their staff friendly and caring. The facility is smaller than some other Kaiser locations so its not uncommon to be rescheduled to a different location for certain procedures and services. The hours here are fairly limited so don't expect to bring your child in for stiches on a weekend. As for Kaiser itself as a large healthcare provider, they are on a par with Blue Cross, Scan and others. No better or worse.My biggest gripe with Kaiser is that for their size and large number of locations, it's impossible to speak with a physician or nurse 24/7. When you call... read full review
