I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning in San Juan Capistrano. Oasis replaced the original furnace in my 1978 tract house in Newport Beach. They moved the equipment from a ground floor closet to the attic, replaced and added to the original ducting and installed the first air conditioning unit in this house in its history.
Brian Baldridge, his family members and their staff run a very impressive, service-oriented operation. Bryant, part of the Carrier group, is very good equipment. But what sets Oasis apart from many other good contractors is the extreme emphasis Brian and his crews place on the details of the installation.

I went with Oasis because they were good with communication and price competitive with the other quotes I received. Oasis offered a stronger warranty than many others and had flexibility with brands. Chris was on-time for the estimate, discussed options to understand my needs, and was not high pressure like some other companies. Brent and Quincy were a great install team--very attentive to details, and that's what I liked because I know they made sure it got done right. My neighbor recommended Oasis when we finally decided that we could not survive another summer of global warming without air conditioning. Brian Baldrige came out to give us the estimate. I did not understand how complex the installment would be in our old home with a added on second story, but Brian obviously did. Brian recommended three zones and two weeks ago work commenced. The installers from his company were polite, prompt, hardworking and very considerate of us and our home. Brian and his office are very responsive with questions and concerns. But the best is our new system with a heat pump instead of our old gas heater. The warm air is not dry and dusty and the zone system allows us to just heat the area we will be in. Although I am not looking forward to another summer of 116 degree heat only 12 miles from the coast, now I will not have to live in a home whose inside temp reached 104 degrees for a week last summer! And the best is that they also service what they install. I will never look elsewhere for heating and air conditioning. Thank you Oasis.
