Whatever you do don't schedule your initial consultation online. You time is not valuable to them. There was no appointment scheduled for me. Couldn't help me other than waste my time by telling me sorry I'll have to send you paperwork and can't help you today. Why on earth would I trust a facility to " help" with my weight loss journey if they aren't Interested in even seeing me with a proof of appointment. No thanks.. I definitely see that writing on the wall.

I have been doing this program for about 8 months now, and have gone and kept off 40 lbs. I appreciate all the encouragement and pep talks that the rn/coaching team offers every day that I go in. It helps boost the positive mindset and energy levels after talking through the issue I had the previous day or weekend and knowing what to do instead of or to avoid that. These ladies' coaching skills are on point, having the chance to be able to pick their brains in regards to what could work for me has been super helpful.

After multiple emails to customer service to cease recurring payments after my contract is up, I continue to get billed for recurring payments. Lindora is exposing people to Covid-19 per their policy that you must come in and sign a paper to cancel further recurring charges. The alternative is to do this by snail mail which will allow them to charge me for the next monthly cycle. They have no regard for people's health or well being of their patients. I told them I am sick and need to take care of this another way and they refuse to work with me but instead prefer for me to come in and get people sick. Olivia began to raise her voice and talk over me. The policy and lack of concern and rudeness of Lindora company and its associates is alarming. This should be reported to the California state of health and BBB.
