I have been doing this program for about 8 months now, and have gone and kept off 40 lbs. I appreciate all the encouragement and pep talks that the rn/coaching team offers every day that I go in. It helps boost the positive mindset and energy levels after talking through the issue I had the previous day or weekend and knowing what to do instead of or to avoid that. These ladies' coaching skills are on point, having the chance to be able to pick their brains in regards to what could work for me has been super helpful.
