“I shopped around for contractors to renovate my parents' home from afar because they are aging and needed a more accommodating living space. My realtor recommended Memar so we added them to the list. Matt came by the house to walk through with me and better understand the scope of my project. Unlike others that I met, he was not pushy or insisting that we do xyz. He truly listened to what I wanted and offered insight and suggestions to improve or enhance what I was initially thinking. You can tell that he and his team are very experienced and good at what they do. Matt and his calm, friendly demeanor sold me. That and visiting the show room in Mission Viejo sealed the deal. They have everything in house if you so choose (cabinets, flooring, tiles) or if you want to pick other options, they will make it work. They can even customize whatever you desire. Max was able to give me a bid within a week and was mindful of the fixed budget I had. Although not the lowest or near the lowest, it was competitive and comparable to the others. I think Memar's was the most upfront because they didn't have hidden budget breakers like expecting the client to buy and transport all of the materials from cabinets to vanities or even baseboards to the job site. Memar takes care of this and they take care of the client. They truly make it comprehensive and eliminate unecessary potential stressors for a house renovation. We are halfway into our timeline and things have been moving along smoothly. Our questions are answered almost immediately and the communication is open and clear. We are able to check in with ease and if something changes or needs a change as we move through each step, it's quickly brought to our attention and addressed. Will offer another update once our remodel is completed but if you're shopping around for a general contractor, be it for a small remodel or a whole home remodel (like me) or even to build your dream home, look no further. I'm so grateful for the positive experience thus far as I have never done any remodel and have learned a lot with Memar guiding me every step of the way.“

They were extremely transparent from the jump. There were no hidden costs or fees and their fixed price cost structure meant we had no risk of going over budget. Their team worked in unison to deliver a seamless process, off loading most of the stress and overhead work that goes into remodeling a home. Augustin and his crew were great to work with in putting my kitchen back together after extensive water damage. “I wish I contacted Jenna sooner! Jenna is so professional and she kept us on budget. I didn't have a huge project. For my kitchen, I needed an island installed, new countertops and backsplash, new sink/faucet, update cabinet hardware. For my great room, I had furniture pieces I wanted to keep and I just wanted some upgrades and changes to some pieces. I also needed some new light fixtures and decor on my large wall. Jenna stayed on budget, got my project done in record time. She kept me up to date every step of they way, even gently reminding me when I forgot certain things she's already told me :). They told me that it designed by The Kitchen Lady. My designer (for my condo) was also impressed and spoke with her more.
