I am so grateful my insurance referred me to Intecore Physical Therapy in San Juan Capistrano. I got substantial care here! The staff is so friendly specially the physical therapist Josh! He is so great at what he does and actually cares! I felt comfortable being there. I would definitely recommend going here and you’ll get 101 time with the therapist.
I am so grateful for Josh PT and Kristina for being so helpful in my road to relieving migraines. Mr. Josh has come up with simple strength building exercises that help to strengthen my back and neck to help relieve tension. 4 sessions in and I’ve noticed an improvement in workouts and range of motion. Excited to continue with such great professionals!
