Not only does she listen attentively to my ideas, but she goes the extra mile to explain why certain ideas may not work and suggests brilliant alternatives. Her honesty builds trust, and every visit leaves me with stunning hair that I absolutely love!
This review is long overdue. Both my daughter and I have been going to Charlotte for awhile now and I am so happy that we’ve found her. I see her every 6-7 weeks for my roots with the occasional hair cut and I leave every time a happy customer. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair color and just simply a joy to be around. On top of that, my 11 year old daughter absolutely loves her and I appreciate that Charlotte will take the time to connect with her (and me!).
