A service call was set up in a timely manner. Their technician arrived on time. He used a drop cloth to protect the flooring. He diagnosed the problem and performed an overall cleaning to our gas fireplace. We are back in working order. Exactly what we wanted for a service call. Thank you!

I'll start by saying it's the Christmas holiday season, and as luck would have it, our fireplace started giving us problems. Little, to no flame. Our fireplace is almost 8 years old and we've never had it serviced or cleaned. I tried two other companies before trying Capo Fireside. For no other reason than I didn't know they provided repair services. My ignorance, I suppose. It was nothing against them. One of the places I initially called, never called me back after leaving two messages, and the other told me it would take a month before they could come out. I was surprised to read some of these reviews. I have known Eric for 30 years in a builder/contractor relationship and personally as well. He is a man of high principles and ethics. While there have been some problems over the years, and in construction there are, through numerous jobs he has always demonstrated fairness and a willingness to resolve the problem. He is also a man of God.I would always recommend him and still use his company.Steven M.
