Nicole is the nicest person to beat you up in a good way. ;) Her business is called "bodywork" and not "massage" for a good reason - it's not a foo-foo happy relaxing massage. It's deep muscle work time, and she gets in there and beats up those stubborn spots. Nicole is super friendly and efficient. The quality of care here is excellent. I'm a big fan!

Zenith Bodywork is one of the best message therapy locations in the Bay Area. When I communicate the areas that I am feeling problems Nicole knows the body so well that she knows that the cause of the problem may be elsewhere and instinctively is able to help loosen those muscles. Nicole also understands that it is a journey, no one visit will instantly fix you so Nicole is willing to help by suggesting stretches that will help you further loosen and strengthen the affected area.
