I've been coming here probably close to 20 years now, since elementary school, and have always had a great experience with Dr. Fabian. Last week I had something going on with my eye and when I called in I was so happy they were able to fit me in the same day even though it was a weekend. Dr. Fabian wasn't in that day and I was seen by Dr. Tsui. He was so calm, kind, and totally eased my stress about what was going on. He walked me through everything that could be happening with my eye and explained it all so well. I felt very informed about what was going on and how to alleviate it. My check up a week later went just as well. I can't recommend Dr. Tsui enough, he is so personable and really makes you feel taken care of. 10/10

Never really leave reviews but wanted to share- I get interrupted every time I call, mid sentence and it's not like I'm rambling. Hopefully this gets addressed bc the doctors are nice and it sucks that they get points off for their front desk's social skills. Additionally, unless you call multiple times, your request won't get done.

I felt Dr Fabian himself was pretty rude. When i asked questions he would not answer properly.I also felt their stuff is pretty rude, they will greet you very well. When you don't end up buying glasses they would not be happy.The cost of frames is so high. Never going back again to this place. They using machine and charging $40 co- pay for that. Trying to make money with that. Have never paid that $40 copay for them using that machine.
