WORST PLACE. Why am I waiting 7 hours to be seen by a doctor. It's an emergency room and there are a bunch of people including myself who have to sit around in pain waiting to be seen. The workers can't even give us straight answers as to whats going on.
The doctors here has high expectations of people try to give their patients. Their expectation is impossible to achieve. Even if you try they won't Lett you discharge you too go home too try. They have programs here. But seem if you try they force you doing things you don't really need to do. Eff this place. They keep saying sorry when you try to EXPLAINED WHAT THEY are doing wrong. They don't even mean it. These nurses and doctors head are head which directions. I have a headache right now explain of their stupidity.
Our family has utmost respect for medical profession serving love ones, but this hospital has incompetent nurses & 1 particular Asian Doctor. Last 72 hours treatment my mother-in-law( cancer patient) received was horrible since my wife giving doctor instructions to do a CT scan otherwise he was about to discharge her based on X-Ray report two days ago, so my feed back for Administrators or HR Managers. Please re-train your nurses on communication, review patient files before entering patient room, have empathy towards patients. Finally, Asian doctor thinks everyone's idiots so he can provide wrong diagnosis based on his assumptions. I had multiple encounters in 2023/2024 with this Doctor at O'Connor & SVMH, he only care for paycheck. I have decided to report to medical board several concerns about Hospital, Doctor and Nurse. Safety Concerns. Lastly, they discharged my mother-in-law today, her nurse was very rude to my mother's-in-laws caretaker and wife over the phone. Mother-in-law had a heart attacks soon has she reached home today so the paramedics took her back same hospital. I shared my honest feedback about this hospital not sure why they would take her back to the same dump. ER- paramedics took her Id, wrist still had her information, reception at this hospital put mother-in-law under another name so they couldn't find her information for 2 hours till wife showed up. To Summarize: please do your research before you discuss medical care for your love ones. Some doctors & nurses are passionate but very few are frustrated with life so they come to work unhappy.
