Good prices for quartz countertops, but customer service, particularly the communication between the back pickup of the house and the front customer service folks needs improvement. We were told by the rep that our countertops were sold out but could be shipped in a couple days. We were called back saying it had arrived and to see the back of the house pickup folks when we arrived, but when we got there they had no idea and told us it was still sold out. Luckily my customer service rep was there and sorted it out, but it just seemed like a very easy thing to keep track of. Also, they sold us the countertop without checking the stock on the floor. There have been a lot of negative reviews on this company but something must have changed because I've had nothing but a positive experience with them from day one. They were helpful and they were patient. I initially dealt with Manjeet and from then, my contractor worked with Winnie on design. There was a small glitch in the design which cause one cabinet size to be too small. My contractor took it back and they exchanged it for the correct one, with no fuss, due to sales design error. I just got there today, they already opened. I am super happy Uni-Marble is back. By the way, all workers are very nice and friendly. Sales Rep Vance was very helpful with my design and orders. They have plenty of selections and good price. love it!!! Definitely will be back.
