My 20 year old aging furnace/air conditioner was in need of replacement. A lot of technology options had changed in those years and Luis spent the time to explain the new HVAC systems as well as the most economical and ecological options. He was not in a rush and made sure I understood the differences and options without trying to oversell or pressure. During one of the hottest times of the year we had an AC breakdown. Luis came out the next day and was able to resolve the issue within an hour. Communication was great as he alerted us on his estimated arrival time. All around a great experience during a stressful time.
