Top Tier Construction did a major kitchen remodel and renovation for me. The project included removing a wall, and integrating a new ceiling structure support beam in addition to new wood flooring, new walls, electric, tile, plumbing, windows, custom cabinets and appliances. We also added central air condition and recessed LED lights to the entire house. Amir and his team were on-time, on budget and communication through out the project was excellent. Unlike other contractors and construction companies, Amir and his team used "smart sheets" technology to manage the project.
