Tom 4 Stumps - Tree Stump Grinding & Root Removal

Texted Tom for an estimate to have two small tree stumps removed. He replied almost immediately and was able to come the following morning to give me a quote and do the work if we agreed on the price. He showed up on time, we agreed on the price, and in less than 30 minutes the stumps were gone. Best of all, since the job took less time than he thought it would, he reduced the price! Highly recommend.

We really appreciated Tom's professionalism. He came over for the initial assessment of removing a rather large stump that was very close to the house. He walked us through what the removal would entail, what our responsibilities were to ensure no damage to the house, and how he would approach the job. The stump and roots ended up being very stubborn, taking a little more time than expected, but Tom honored his original quote, and completed the job to our complete satisfaction.

Tom's terrific, he did an assessment estimate over the phone based on text message pictures which was great. The corporate guys want to visit the property, which takes time to schedule, and everything is a big production, with lot of intermediaries. With Tom it's straightforward, he picks up the phone, he responds to text messages, and he does a thorough job. The underground root bulb and root system was much larger that anticipated based on the tree trunk, Tom did it all, and left everything super clean. Thanks Tom!
