I had been going here for months, and they have great service, but when my wedding was coming up, they just ghosted me. I tried texting, calling, messenger... needless to say I was very bummed with their lack of responsiveness.

Bought a Groupon for this place. They have a third part you book appts through. You can't find any apps they don't answer phone. It's pretty much impossible to get an appt. Booked. This is a gift for a bday too. What's up who does business like this. And don't respond saying go on the website and book. Nothing comes up avl. Return my call please. Gina McShane

I’ve purchased a Groupon coupon which will be expired soon. I’ve been calling them multiple times leaving them messages to call me back. No one is there to pick up the phone or even return your call to make an appointment for you. I’ve been waiting to use their services but it’s like calling a DEAD person. So unprofessional and unethical not to return multiple calls and leaving the customer on a limbo. Would never suggest them to anyone. I’m planning to get my money back and go somewhere that treat me right as a CUSTOMER!
