1000+ stars hands down!Ever since I incorporated all the Cakery infusion services into my self-care routine my health journey has been elevated to the next level.Being able to take step fusion classes from the best trainers; Marlon, Barry, and CJ is a workout you don't want to miss. Each of them offers effective calorie-burn classes that no other studio provides. Barry's Booty Burn Express class is no joke! Despite my years of consistent workouts and weight training, I was pleasantly surprised by the intensity of this workout, especially the burn in my glutes. Barry's attentive coaching and motivation really helped me push through the challenging moves.It's definitely an intense workout, but the results speak for themselves. If you're up for a challenge and want to feel the burn in all the right places, give Barry's class a try - it's worth it.
