I was surprised and delighted that I was able to get a hair appointment. I was done with my COVID hair! The shop is clean they are taking all precautions to protect the public and themselves. Well let's just get to it my daughter and I went to Kim's to get a haircut we didn't have to wait long. the shop is clean and bright when I finally sat down to get my hair cut Kim and I talked about what I wanted. She was patient and had suggestions. I didn't feel rushed and I am very pleased and the end result. Thank you I love my cut. My daughter had come along with me. She is growing your hair out so after my haircut I asked if what Kim thought about getting my daughters hair done I appreciated the fact that she didn't just try to make money from us by cutting your hair just because she was there she looked at it and evaluated it it said that it would be fine and that maybe in another few months she come back and have a trim to keep it healthy. I was impressed that she wasn't just trying to make a sale but in return she now has return customers! Thanks Kim!
