This place is a failure service not "champion", it might be cheaper but not handling correctly , I came to there place for helping transfer business documents from previous owner has been used them but they did not submit my tax application and ended up I have to file again but swallowing my fee for 500$ The owner is absolutely unprofessional, they provide poor and unorganized services , bad Verbally and performed jobs I would never want to deal with such a lousy place and surprised me they still exist in here

Don't be fooled by the 3 newest reviews (the ones with 5 stars). This is the worst business I have ever seen. Hang Le, the business owner, not only did NOT tell my mom (a new customer) the price of getting her tax prepared but also yelled and cursed at my mom. She somehow was able to persuade my mom into signing the documents and submitting the files without letting her know the price first. After my mom knew about the price and asked why is it so expensive, the owner completely lost her rage, lashed out at my mom, tried to shoo my mom out of the store, and cursed at my mom. Dịch vụ làm ăn mất dạy và dối trá, chữi và xúc phạm khách. Ko có bằng CPA, đã bị IRS sờ gáy nhiều lần. TRÁNH XA !! STAY AWAY from this business. My mom came here without knowing what and whom she was going to deal with. Hang Le and her staff were extremely rude - they CUSSED, INSULTED, SCREAMED at my mom after she questioned about the unreasonable filing fees. She then ask her staff to kick my mom out and said she was doing a charity for my mom. I know this business is giving out illegal advices and conducted false tax filling for their customers. I hope IRS would investigate them soon!!! Hang Le - you will not get away with your scams forever :)
