Jaime came out quickly for an emergency on a Sunday. He helped determine the source of the leak (from the neighbors). Referred us to a water damage control company. Awesome service!
Christian arrived promptly at our place to clear a clogged kitchen sink on Sunday. He tested the drainage system & explained everything thoroughly, including pricing, before starting on the work. We asked him to replace the aging garbage disposal and the rusty shut of valves as well. We also had to replace the faucet because the connection was broken. After the repair was done we found that water was draining slow. We called Swags and Christian came back the next day. He did some thorough testing to make water drained properly and fixed the issue. We are satisfied with the service.
