Just got my nails done with Michelle yesterday. I got so many compliments at work today. I know its too early to celebrate Christmas with nail design but trust me it will be worth it. Michelle is my to go nail technician at all time. She understands the assignment whenever I gave her design photo of what I want, she makes it look 10x better. Definitely comeback for more and more nails design. Plus she is very nice and friendly. She always make me happy before I left the store.
Thank u chi Hanh for the excellent work! This is my 2nd time here and chi Hanh didn't disappoint! She's very patient and thorough and take her time to make sure that I am satisfy! Decided to take my mom here too! My mom had been going to another nail shop for quite some times but when I finally looked at her nails, it doesn't look like it was done my a professional!!! My mom is very very satisfied with her nails!
I AM MANAGER OF CUTE NAIL SPA. THIS REVIEW IS TO RESPONE TO JOSE'S REVIEW WAS POSTED ON JUNE 30TH. IT WAS NOT TRUE ABOUT HER REVIEW. I HAVE TO CORRECT IT BY POSTING A REVIEW HERE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I DO IT. SHE WAS A LIER. TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK MY BUSSINESS WAS REALLY BAD BY DISCRIMINATING HER SON WHO IS DIAGNOSED WITH AUTISM. We lost our business Yelp account. That was why I could not respone to any review for years. When I read bad reviews about my business even it was true or not true. As a manager I always felt bad and so sorry for all customers who had bad experiences at my salon. I did not want to make any comment or respone to customers via Yelp. After that I always tell my team try to do our best to make all of our customers happy. However, this one is exception because Jose posted was not true and it was a serious problem that I have to post on here to let people know the true that how lie she is and what kind of mother she is to her kids. Hers is the story: *** My salon was busy. There were a lot of clients who were enjoying their services in relax and quiet asmostphere. Jose came in with her little 2 sons. She wanted to fix 1 nail. Her 2 sons crying a lot. They did not let our techinician fix her nail. They kept crying a lot and pushing her. It was very hard to let us fix her nail. Later ,the older son started crying very loud and laid down on the floor. At that time, all of us feel so bad but we did not say anything yet. Then she grapped her son , yelled low voice to his face and pinched him. After that the son started cry hella loud , laid down on floor and hit himself hella hard. At that time it was over our limit. One of my techinician who is Michelle. She is pregant. She felt scare and hurt her heart that she told Jose to stop fixing one nail , to come back later because of her son like that. Jose thought that we discriminated her son so she was up set and told Michelle to shut up. It is her son not Michelle'son. She said "my son has diagnosed with autism he will be ok later, let I fix my nail". OMG as a mom of 2 kids, Michelle felt so hurt to see it and she is pregnant the 3rd one. She is so scare something happened that was why she asked Jose to come back. One nail fixing is not important than your son JOSE. By that time, I am Chloe told her that it is not about your son anymore. It is about my business. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. You should of take care of your son than your nail fixing. You guys ruined all the relaxing asmostphere to all of our clients. You guys made all of us here including our technician and clients to feel uncomfortable. You said my salon is importain than your son???? Yes of course it is my business!!!!! If you said your son is important why can you have to fixing one nail while your son crying hella crazy and hit himself like that. How good a mother you are huh????? You should of take care of your son , taking him out, calm him down and come back later Jose. You told us you are a manager of Target. I am wondering how can you are a good manager when you don't care about people feeling. You are too selfish for yourself and not taking care good of your sons. Stop telling wrong about my business PLEASE.
