Needed to fix a section of my flooring, after a few months of searching, finally found the perfect match at Sunway flooring, it is discontinued and fortunately they still have some in stock and I was able to get them at the San Leandro location the same day. John has also gifted some laminate flooring tools to me and I tried fixing the flooring myself but it was unsuccessful, had to contact Sunway flooring again and John quickly stopped by my place to give me some advice and referred me to a contractor, who came to do estimate the next day. Had some cabinets done about 8 years ago and came in for some door and hinge replacements. John made the entire experience smooth and seamless with his knowledge and excellent advice. The pieces we were looking for were not in stock but John was able to recommend a replacement that worked perfectly and gave me useful tips on how to install it. Good to know that they care about their customers even after so long and I would definitely recommend Sunway to anyone in need of cabinet and flooring services.

I had to remodel my 16x30 sunroom behind my house. I was recommended Sunway Floors by the contractor that would be working on the sunroom. I contacted the number that was provided and was able to reach John. The initial phone call with John was very pleasant. He was always available by phone after that as well. John took the order that was suggested by the contractor and immediately provided me with pictures via text message. The vinyl flooring for the sunroom looks a lot like hardwood floor and is also water resistant. (This is extremely helpful as it is very good against rain, spills, and etc.) The payment was taken over the phone as well. The logistics of it took less than 10 minutes. They have 3 locations, I visited the Santa Clara location and they have a nice little show room for the flooring and cabinets if you'd prefer to see it. In the pictures that are provided, you will see the before and after. The difference is night and day. I highly recommend Sunway Floors!
