    Our dishwasher was not working and we were able to make an appointment online. Someone came out the next day to inspect the dishwasher. It was related to a water valve issue which was fixed and I was charged for just labor. I ran the dishwasher the next day and noticed my dishwasher still wasn't cleaning so I called them again. Since I had a 90 day labor warranty they were able to send someone back to my house and they fixed the issue. My dishwasher works great now

    I was looking for a hvac professional to hook up the Common wire for me for my smart thermostat. They showed up on time but w/o a face mask, and w/o looking into my furnace connection, he immediately told me its a hard job and that I blow up the fuse and that it will cost me $560 to do the job. We decline and at least he did not charge me for showing up. 2 weeks later, I hired another company, the guy showed up with a face mask and I explained to him what I needed, he check my furnace and found out that the C wire was not connected in my zone circuit board, he connected the C wire, finished connecting my Ecobee and it works like a charm.
