Friendly staff, I have been here a few times and they are always on time, helpful, they always make me comfortable as getting imaging is very stressful. Great front desk and wonderful techs.

Today I came in for an xray,unfortunately the machine was acting up,so,rather than calling repair guys,the girls decided to try&reboot it???Yeah,it worked an even though I had a bit of a wait.I got the xray dine.The staff was very apologetic, an when I called later,to request copies to another dr.
The girl walked me thru the process of getting them from my portal.So,I can send them myself, without having to go back&sign a release.Excellant service.

Rachel working the front desk at the Express Care was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Check-in was a breeze. Also had to call back a couple of days later and Rachel was able to pass a message to my provider. Provider responded back in about two days. Rachel is great and Stanford needs to keep her and hire more people like her.
