I honestly would give this business zero star if I could.
I took my clothes there for wash and dry. One of my shirts is discolored and another one is shrunk. I went back and informed them and asked them to either fix the clothes or pay for the dage. Not only they didn't acknowledge our concerns, they were very rude and disrespectful.
I do not recommend this business and I encourage everyone to choose any other place to go too even if miles away.

I'm pretty big on customer service. Walking in there for the first time to drop my items off and barely received a greeting. You can say was forcefully since said. i said "hello" "are you"? At this point trying to start a conversation thinking to myself maybe that will help, nope that wasn't the case. Went back to pick up my clothes. Still didn't get a greeting no "Thank you" not even "hello". Just eye contact.

This is a family run business . . . remember what those used to be? I grew helping my parents with their small business . . . does that mean I was force to do child labor? NO it means I was taught how to work hard and help the family out instead of being a spoon fed brat. So if you happen to see kids in the dry cleaners at the same time there parents are working it's not because they are forcing child labor as another yelper so dishonestly insinuated it's because it's FAMILY OWNED! I've come to see that decent people get very decent service here. I've had our clothes cleaned here on a weekly basis for 8 years. NEVER a problem. Nothing but great service and kindness.
