Spectrum Eye Physicians: Fishman Martin L MD

This place sends you robo calls before your appointment to notify you of your upcoming visit. My phone saw it as a spam call so of course I didn't answer. Day of my appointment they said I cancelled the appointment because of the options I selected on the robo call... this place doesn't call you like a real eye doctor place would. Appointments are booked out months in advanced and I'm running low on my contacts. I'm never coming back here again.

Simply outstanding. I went in for an exam as my Primary Car Physician has been harassing me for years to get looked at due to pre-diabetes.They examined me and told me I had cataracts should have them removed. I was not surprised and decided to go through the procedure.Dr Murakami is simply beyond excellent. We talked about what would happen and assured me the procedure was very safe. I was a bit leary as I had been wearing glasses for over 60 yearsShe did my right eye first installing a corrective lens for distance and the end result was simply amazing. Bad experience calling their San Jose office.Passive aggressive receptionist. Tough to face a person who seems to like offsettingone's stress to their patients who is seeking for medical treatment.
