Tooth ache started about noon & became unbearable about 4pm. I called the office & they said to come right in. Dr Steve & Dr Nicole both were involved in resolving the issue. Selena at the front desk never hesitated in telling me to come right in. This was critical as they are closed on Friday. The care received at this office is outstanding.
Dr Rottjakob is a highly competent dentist. His staff are very professional. Somehow everyone is the office is warm and kind which is difficult to find these days especially in an efficient office. I felt anxious going to a dentist office ever since I was young, but I feel very comfortable going there even for a crown procedure. They explained everything they do and cared a lot about your comfort.
I highly recommend this dental office. Awesome staff and the two Dr. Rottjakob dentists are very knowledgeable and personable. I've been going to this dental office for about 20 plus years and they have provided me the best possible dental care available.
