Pay attention to the reviews. I could write a detailed negative review of my own experience, but I’m guessing neither you nor I have the time. Based on my experience, the hands-on workers might be pretty good – I don’t have the expertise to evaluate their work accurately. But their schedulers and one of their customer-facing reps leave **so much** to be desired. My recommendation really is to give another business a try!

Don’t use this company!! They measured flooring in September, scheduled appointment to install in December. They ran out of flooring 4 times in December! They didn’t measure flooring correctly 4 times, installed finally in January and left all debris on patio, sealed the crawl space, left paint spots on new flooring, floors squeaked, framing around fir place crooked and damaged newly painted vanity as they used the toilet without permission. Rude staff, manager. Would never recommend or use this company.

They damaged my AC system when they did their project around my house. They didn't admit it's their fault. The worst company ever. Please avoid using them for any onsite project.
