Been training here for over 3 years. No frills and that's what I like. No-Gi ground classes and standup classes - simple. Coaches who have competed at the professional level and semi-professional level. You get out of it what you put in. This gym offers exactly what you need to learn and excel - all that is needed is for you to put in your effort and drive. I'll see you there.

I've been training here for a little over a year and I've enjoyed training here from the beginning. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful in improving your skills. I also believe that this is a very good place for beginners that want to take their skill a bit further.
