Jansen is one of the best coaches out there and highly skilled grappler/striker. I only had the pleasure of learning from him for a year before the covid 19 hit. I can’t wait to go back and keep learning from one of the best.

I started training with this group about 3 years ago. Having not trained in MMA, or any martial art, before it can be a little intimidating starting fresh. But the instructor, as well as the other guys in class, are very welcoming and instructive. I never felt left behind or a burden because I didn't know as much. I really enjoy the structure and teaching style, everything flows from one discipline to the next. It's also a smaller gym so it's a more intimate learning environment. Couldn't recommend this place enough for new comers to MMA or someone who's be training for years.
