We recently had a total loss on a car due to another person making an unexpected left turn without looking. Luckily there was only material damage. The way Farmers handled the claim for us has been excellent, truly trying to minimize the hassle for us. Also very responsive w.r.t. to our questions about the claim and insuring the replacement car.

Jeff cares about finding you the best coverage for you. He is communicative and takes on a personal approach toward delivering exceptional service. He is professional and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for car insurance. He also does renter's insurance. I currently have two of my vehicles insured with him and thought he did a wonderful job.

In My opinion, I would strongly recommend you do not use Jeff or his company. They do not return calls or emails.They do not follow through with the insurance companies. Regrettably at this juncture due to him not following through, I have been landed with a $5800 insurance bill. He had time to try to sell me a new insurance policy but did not complete all the paperwork for the original policy. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner.
