Miguel seems knowlegeable and responsive to our questions and concerns. Whe we asked about no air flow in the small bath room, he told us the pipes are not completely connected. we were shocked and disappointed; it has been two years, the heat in that section just went to the attics!! Miguel ame and fixed it today.

Martin was very professional and took care of my heating issue in a timely manner. He also serviced an AC compressor last year for another property I manage and was equally efficient. I have been using Sandium for several years for both repairs and new furnace and AC installations and have always been very pleased throughout the process.

Sandium was recommended to me by a commercial HVAC company in the North Bay that I had used for my commercial building. Sandium did a great job servicing my home heaters. Nik was generous with his time listening to my previous experience with a different residential HVAC company that did not do a good job. Martín, who serviced my heaters, is very competent and knows how heating and air conditioning systems work, and was helpful in explaining it all to me. I appreciate his willingness to listen to and answer my questions. Overall, I had a very good experience with Sandium.
