Highlights: Responsive, great knowledge sharing, competitive pricing, great work, and easy to work with. Great customer service, and I highly recommend them. We purchased a home with 20+ year old bamboo flooring that had a lot of yellowing, scratches, and a few spots of water damage. We got 3 quotes and went with Butch and San Jose Hardwood Floors. They were competitive on the pricing and I loved that Butch was so willing to share his knowledge, to educate me on the process and options, and to make sure I got what I wanted and needed to stand up to our daily life as an active family with dogs. I had a great experience with San Jose Hardwoods. I asked a lot of them with my tight timeline and high expectations, and they did a great job. I'd recommend them and use them again. I am attaching photos - sorry, not the greatest photos, but you can see we went from a deep red "Brazilian cherry" (with 20 years of hard living) to a warm light brown. It was an amazing transformation that entirely changed and improved the mood of the house.
