I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional care provided by Redwood Hospice / Empress Care Center. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. The staff displayed unparalleled professionalism, always attentive to my little sister's needs and ensuring she was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. This review is overdue was referred to Redwood Hospice by Gary of Marina's Care. There is an entire team that attended to my mom's needs as well as my own from Day 1 of phone intake, duration of care, until the moment of peace and follow up weeks after to be sure family is mentally and physically supported. I appreciate Dr. Josh's visit on Day1 along with Joan. They gave me peace knowing that my mom would be cared for along with the entire family team at Marina's Care. The teams gave compassionate care in my mom's precious moments and allowed my family quality time with her.
Redwood Hospice deserves 11 stars on a scale of one to five. The caliber of the team in combination with their level of deep carrying and dedication to not just the patients, but their families is beyond what we could have wished for. Redwood Hospice was recommended to us after we had an appalling experience with another hospice group. The individuals that helped our family such as Dr. Joshi, Dindo and Jeremy provided such caring expertise during the most difficult and sad time of our lives made such a difference that I cannot put it into words. My entire family is beyond thankful and grateful for Redwood Hospice.
