In these unsettled times, I feel inspired and hopeful when I meet honest people who genuinely want to assist others. Joseph is one of those human gems. He came to our house the day I called to assess hardwood floor damage caused by a leaky refrigerator. He assessed the scope of the damage and told us what our options were, without trying to sell us on unnecessary repairs. I appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and consideration of our situation.
We had the BEST experience with Joseph and his crew as they got rid of our mold problem. The kitchen sink pipe below our house was completely severed. (We don't know how it happened or when.) We found a stinky lake under our house. After we pumped the water out, and used fans to dry it, our house still did not smell good for weeks. Joseph discovered that we had white, pink and black mold growing under our house. In less than 1 1/2 hours, Joseph and his crew killed the mold, deodorized the crawl space under our house, and restored everything back to new. And now our house smells like cherries! We are so grateful!!!
Joseph is not just excellent, the service is next level. When it comes to mold and water damage, you want someone detailed, thorough and trustworthy. Joseph came over on the same day to assess the work. He worked with our schedule and everything was done so quickly. He even checked vents in the bathroom next door to make sure everything was ok.
