I've come here a few times for alterations and dry cleaning. Due to the convenience of the location in accordance to my house, this is my go-to place for dry cleaning and alterations, but the service overall could use some work. Compared to other places I've been to, the dry cleaning prices can be overpriced depending on what you're having dry cleaned. As for alterations, it can get pricey fast. There have been times I would show up on the appointed date for pickup just to be told to come back later because it was not done. I was in town for a wedding staying near Quality First. Early in the week I had one of my prized dresses spilled on and I didn’t want to wait to get home to have it cleaned. I was searching Google for dry cleaners and ended up at a different one at first. Well, thank goodness they couldn’t accommodate my timeline request. I ended up at Quality First and knew almost immediately I could trust her with my dress. The space was clean and cared for. I was so pleased with her service and communication. My dress came out perfect. Would highly recommend.

Angel is truly so talented! We have been going to Angel for years & I knew going to an actual bride boutique I would be unhappy with the services, so I knew I only could go to Angel for my wedding dress. She had taken in the bust, the length & fixed the neckline. I was unsure about how to bustle the dress but Angel did it so perfectly & I wouldn't have done it any other way. She managed to finish my dress quickly, as well as 2 of my bridesmaids dresses too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR DRY CLEANING & ALTERATIONS
