I accidentally came across this place while driving by. I got my hair cut only once so far at this place. It was OK. She charges just 7$ for a haircut. There is no where in bay area I would expect a hair cut for 7$.The lady mentioned that she has not increased the price for years. It seems she has a group of loyal customers.
