The cleaners are usually solid, but when I had to change my services, the administrative staff was really odd. I was told that they had come and cleaned my home, and it was a 2 br. condo. I have a 4 bedroom home. They went and cleaned another person's house! I could imagine the confusion of that person to come home to a cleaned home on an unscheduled timeframe. I just tried to re-start my cleanings and they told me again that I was already on the schedule, and i'm assuming that they've associated my phone number w/ the wrong property. I hired perfect shine housekeeping to clean my 3 bedroom single family and they did a good job overall. Their cleaner are hardworking and polite and got the job done. The only minor thing is $95 fir the first hour seem to be on the high side. I will use they again.
