I'm a builder. I'm building a building. I contacted this company on a Tuesday morning. I wanted to buy building materials, specifically, roofing materials. I had the exact description of the materials I wanted to buy. Here is what happened: Tuesday morning: Me: "I'd like price and availability for [X, Y and Z] please." Pacific: "Our computers are down and I can't tell you." Me: "Should I call back, or would you like to call me back? I'm interested in buying these items as soon as possible. By the way, do you know if you have the items in stock?" Pacific: "Yes, we have them in stock, but I can't give you a price or sell them because the computers will be down until Friday." I have nothing more to add.

My home had a few cracked tiles, but this original roof tile has long been discontinued. Came here looking for something similar. Although they didn't have anything for me, they referred me to a few local places, and I was able to find what I was looking for. Very nice staff!
