My husband and I are very happy with our experience purchasing waterproof laminate floors with Roberto! We found this place through our contractor's recommendations who we hired to redo our kitchen and living room floors. We were so happy! Before that, we found a different floor store online and went there for a few times, but each time we were not able to find the right color, or quality, or price. It was absolutely opposite with Roberto! We met him at the store for the first time, and when he looked at the photo of what we wanted to match, he immediately showed us the floor we loved! Roberto was a pleasure to talk to, very friendly and professional. He also introduced us to his twin brother and told us about his business. The laminate floor he showed us was of so much better quality, waterproof, with the thickness of 12 mm. The price was unbeatable. It saved us time and money. When we decided to order, it went very smoothly and fast. We were able to pick up all the materials, including the supplementals, on the next day! This is a small business run by 2 brothers in San Jose. I got to meet them both when I went into the store because Pete and Roberto are both hands on in their business, however I've been working with Roberto. I'm redoing my house with LVT floors and after shopping around Roberto gave me a thicker tile / higher quality material and even beat the price of my cheapest set of material I was looking at. Seriously, he is a really cool dude. He's willing to work with you to find exactly what you want, show you similar alternatives you might not have seen someplace else, and get it to you at a great price.
