The staff, including Katie and Olivia, are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of the pets and the comfort of the people.
I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. From the front desk to the veterinarians, everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made my family and my pet feel so comfortable there. The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and appointments are handled efficiently. They even let me book a same day appointment which many clinics do not offer. I had to reschedule my appointment and they don't even charge any cancellation fee! The staff and vet are really nice and knowledgeable. People in the comments are mad about vet prices but that is everywhere. i highly recommend pet insurance. This vet actually tends to be on the lower price range. They treat my pets like babies and have always diagnosed the issue and treated in a very fast and efficient manner.
Honestly, I have taken my dogs to multiple veterinary clinics in the San Jose area, but none have compared to Oak Grove. All of the staff are incredibly kind-hearted, genuine, and super caring of the animals that they are working with. I've never had a bad experience out of the countless times that I have taken my dogs Luna and Dana. Dr. Brar is an amazing veterinarian as well, and I admire the fact that he always says things as they are. We took Luna in the first time due to her having stomach problems, and Dr. Brar let us start with simple things first before going into more costly procedures (as Luna was still having issues after being put on medication).
