We suspected a behind-the-wall pipe leak and called O.C. McDonald for an estimate. Jason arrived within 5-10 minutes of the appointed time and was professional throughout. He found the source of the leak and recommended accessing the pipe from an adjacent bathroom to avoid having to remove tiles. Jason estimated a few hours for the fix & we hired him on the spot. He did a great job -- even reinforcing the newly installed pipe to reduce the force on it from a somewhat heavy showerhead. Though he doesn't patch walls, he put back the portion of the wallboard that was removed in a way that makes it a straighforward patch & paint followup job. Choosing O.C. McDonald Co for our plumbing and HVAC needs was, without doubt, one of the best decisions we have made for our business. I have done business with them for about twenty years. Whenever my home has been in need of plumbing expertise they are my 'Go To' company. It is staffed by competent office folks and their tradesman are exceptionally well trained too. I Inspected some of their commercial work when I was a Building Inspector and was always impressed. They are the only plumbing company that does both Commercial and Residential work, which is a bonus to residential customers. Why you ask? Because they can apply a myriad of solutions to a problem due to their large inventory of experience and knowledge, whereas, Residential tradesman lack this. Their fees are reasonable too.
