This might not be looking very fancy place, but, service here is awesome. Very good and friendly owner welcomed me and did an excellent haircut work. Super place. Wish him make the place look the way he works in there. Appreciate his service. ??

Best salon ever. The barber is really down to earth and really funny. Cheaper than other "cheap" salons, but better quality than "high quality" salons. 5 stars!!

This place is now known as Norby's Salon. The owners of Ray's Barbershop sold the business to Norberto Robles and opened another barbershop called the Pink Elephant. I love Willow Street for all the craziness of small town Mexico without having to actually go there. Norby's Salon is no exception. Owner/operator Norberto is a whiz at inexpensive hair cut and coloring ($35 total for men!). The facilities need a SERIOUS make over, but if you don't mind the messy craziness and catch as catch can, then this place is worth checking out. The place is right on bustling Willow Street with the advantage of free parking in the muffler/auto shop next door.
