Case Manager Melanie and Assistant Scot were very caring and supportive as they went through the details of my Mom’s final arrangements. I was not rushed through the process and I felt cared for. Only one observation that the receptionist sometimes appeared unsure or hesitant to provide simple answers. I mentioned this since this individual is the face to the public. Whenever the need arises, I do recommend to trust this office with the careful and successful execution of your beloved one’s wishes.
This was my second time receiving services from the Neptune Society. Outstanding service all around. The people I had to speak with over the phone, Ron in particular, were all so kind, courteous, and helpful. I never had to worry about ONE thing as they handled everything from the very beginning of my dad‘s passing. The emails that I had to respond to with signatures came promptly. It’s very affordable. Neptune Society took care of it all and that was so comforting at such a sad time… We as a family highly recommend this organization to any single person or family out there.
