Ron Haulman is an asset to the Neptune Society of the Central Valley, San Jose, CA. Ron was so very, very helpful and compassionate, yet lighthearted which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend the Neptune Society of San Jose because of Ron, he is an asset to the company and needs to be recognized for his expertise and compassion.
This office, and in particular Melanie, handled both of my parent's passings with dignity & grace in 2013 and now 2023. Their patience and understanding during these stressful times was greatly appreciated. I intend to sign up for the disposal of my remains with them also. They were absolutely wonderful and helpful at the same time. I cannot recommend them more.
When my father passed unexpectedly, we knew he had a Neptune policy. We were lost as to how to handle everything. Thanks to Neptune Society, we didn't have to do anything. Maria kept us so calm and was extremely helpful and kind. We decided to add on a viewing for my father, and their technician was phenomenal. I can really tell they treated my father with the utmost respect and care. I cannot say enough good things about Maria and Neptune. Thank you!
