Nothing short of 5 stars! I am a Realtor that has closed numerous transactions with the help of George & Brian at MREI. Their same day reports allow me to place super short contingencies on my offers (if any); giving us an advantage over other offers that rely on inspection companies with slow turnaround times. Time is of the essence and the team at MREI understands that. If need be, they speak with the client on site and are thorough! User friendly & easy to read reports plus lots of photos to supplement the inspection findings. Thank you MREI for your excellent & reliable service!

Paid $495 + $15 surcharge for their 40 minute inspection that I'm not completely satisfied with.1 - Inspection completely missed reporting on 2 termite infested doors.2 - They missed out on dryer venting issue which I had to ask explicitly to check, then they looked into, not happy with it.3 - Most of items are marked as out of scope, or did not inspect.In short I have seen good detailed reports from many Inspection companies in the bay area in the last 5 years, MREI is one the poorest reports I have seen, I would never recommend this company to anyone, save your $$$.
