My service and haircut at Mimi Hair Express by Kathy has been the best I have had in years. I would not hesitate recommending Mimi Hair Express for man or woman. The cost versus value is excellent. Kathy, the cosmetologist that cut my hair was cordial, pleasant and actually listen to me as to how I wanted my hair cut. Kathy made suggestions that I accepted given her professional service and skills. I plan to return every four weeks for my haircut and hopes Kathy is still working. I went here and got the best haircut for only $15!!!!!! If you want to get a good haircut for your money go here. If you want to waste your money then go somewhere else because these people were so kind and nice to me.

It took quite a while for them to start the haircut to begin, considering we booked an appointment. The mens haircuts were pretty good. I could tell they tried and took their time. The woman's haircut was very overpriced for the effort they put in. Kind of rushed the process and didn't do much detail.
