While Mr. Gray is a very seasoned person and is pretty knowledgeable I was not too happy with the way my visit. When I made an appointment i was told the first 30 min were free and his usual fee is $525 per hour. On my first visit, I was not provided any indication that the first 30 min were up and i was charged by the minute till i finished. As part of my job i tell my customers that the time they paid for is up or is going to be up and they need to pay for anything more and not spring a surprise when they seem to be done. I was referred to Michael Gray from an attorney on an urgent request due to a huge tax issue that fell upon me this year. During the last couple weeks of a very busy tax season, Mr. Gray took me in as a client without hesitation and consulted with me on my tax problem. He fit me in to his very busy schedule, he worked through a few scenarios with me and was prepared to do my tax returns. In the meantime, however, I needed to find a tax attorney who would work with us through this tax problem with the IRS.
