1 star is being nice. They bleached a brand new Balenciaga shirt and ruined a sew job! We tried several attempts to have them resolve the issue or compensate for the damage and they refused each time! They also said they didn't have insurance to cover it. Each time we went in we were told a different excuse. They were extremely rude, no customer service and no resolution given. Very disappointing as we have been repeat customers for years. Highly suggest not bringing in your clothes to get cleaned or altered cause it will be picked up worse than how you brought it in.

They returned the clothes with satins and they dyed my clothes. However the owner was very rude and didn't admit the fact, ignoring their fault! She even started to argue with me before I said anything! Terrible experience! Never recommend this place!

Lan does great work for the price and is the sweetest woman. My boss needed three very soiled, designer purses cleaned. I called around and many places offer no such service. Will recommend to others for similar services. Give her your business, she will not disappoint!
