Lux Construction saw through the build of our ADU which we are now renting to a happy tenant. The whole process was amazing with them. They always came with choices for solutions if we had to find a workaround, and never had surprising costs beyond what we had discussed. If something did come up unexpected we were all informed and making decisions together with our approvals. Various times they took initiative to redo things that I thought were fine, but they wanted them to be even more perfect.
