No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with LU! Either Joey and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Joey took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Nadia, on phone with his manager, Dave. The team works very well together. I like that. Joey has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver

When we had our very first meeting with David and Joey they were so helpful in answering the many questions we had about building an ADU. They listened to our needs and what we were looking for and showed us some options they could make work for us with our existing space. The choices they gave us were beyond amazing! I loved every option! Their team is experienced in making beautiful homes. So far our experience with the Lu Construction team has been very positive. Their entire team is professional and courteous and have become more like family to us instead of just our home construction team. We picked Joey as our project manager after reading a lot of of his reviews. Joey has been very helpful in answering all of our questions and giving us suggestions of ways to enhance our ADU. Their communication with us has been very open and consistent and their response time to messages has been very quick. They explained everything to us each step of the way. I would highly recommend LU Construction for all your home remodeling needs. Their attention to detail is on point.
